Happy Father's Day....SURPRISE!

So, what are those? They're brand-new baby Russian Dwarf hamsters. And they were what I found when I went to clean my oldest son's cage. He named his hamster "Skooter". Skooter, apparently is a she. Skooter damn near took my finger off and she is never like that. It wasn't until she moved like a tigress to attack my innocent pinky did I see why. My youngest thinks we should keep these. 8 Russian Dwarf Hamsters to clean up after, I don't think so. I've never seen a baby rodent before. They're uh, so ugly they're cute. I'm just hoping their mama doesn't uh, eat them.

Oh how sad is this. When I first looked at the picture I thought it was some kind of tuna cassarole with shrimp. Please don't eat the hamsters.

Those hamsters are a little on the gross side. So glad it's you and not me. :)

I was wondering why you put shavings in your litter box and why your cat's droppings were pink. Oops.

And give Mama lil bits of rare hamburg because she'll eat them if she gets protein deprived. And keep the cage private because she'll eat them if she feels they're threated. (Oh, the irony.) And don't let Dad in the cage at all because he eats them for grins.

Oh, Eileen. You made me laugh so hard and gave my mom a chuckle too. Only YOU. lmao @ tuna casserole with shrimp. I don't like shrimp, so ya don't have to worry about me eatting the hamsters.

Danica, they should be getting fur in a couple of days. I don't want to disturb them too much.

Shannon, thank you for the tips. =) I've never had a hamster before and never seen the babies. No cats here. Just hamsters and birds.
